  • Selected remote locations where courier services are available

Delivery availability depends on the accessibility of the destination and the coverage offered by our logistics partners.


2. Order Confirmation

Orders are reviewed before dispatch to ensure accuracy and availability.

Order confirmation may be completed through:

  • SMS;
  • WhatsApp; or
  • other approved communication channels.

Where applicable, payment verification may be required before an order is prepared for dispatch.

Intru Technologies reserves the right to contact customers to verify order details or request additional information before shipping.


3. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after:

  • product availability confirmation.

Orders placed outside business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Charges

Where available, estimated shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout after a delivery address is provided.

For orders placed outside our website, delivery charges will be communicated before dispatch.

Where re-delivery is required due to customer-related reasons, additional delivery charges may apply.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate delivery and contact information is provided during checkout.


9. Store Collection

Where collection is offered, customers may collect their orders from our store after receiving confirmation that the order is ready.

Customers may be required to present:

10. Partial Shipments
